PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Many OutOfLuv products are made available on a pre-order basis. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the estimated production and shipping timeline provided on the product page.
Pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
We accept exchanges or store credit requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Be in original condition
- Include all original tags and packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
REFUNDS
At this time, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or general preference. Eligible returns will be issued as store credit or exchanged for another size, subject to availability.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shopoutofluv@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
